New research finds that people are willing to pay more for energy efficient housing, making the case for a mandatory national rating system for existing homes

When land is worth more to you than its price

Governments the world over can compulsorily acquire land, often for infrastructure. But just paying the market price is poor compensation for people losing their homes. We need a rethink.
